In Estudios Formales we craft each piece by hand after an order is placed. Because of this, it can take up to 4 weeks for your order to ship. Furthermore, each piece may contain imperfections and particularities that make it unique. We do not offer refunds for this type of particularities, as they are part of the design and irregular finish of our pieces. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. The prices shown on the website do not include taxes. Applicable taxes depend on the country of destination and will be calculated at checkout.

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically and detailed in the order summary so that it is always approved by the customer when placing an order. The shipping time and cost will depend on the destination country. Once an order is shipped, an email will be sent with the corresponding tracking number.

Unfortunately, as we offer bespoke handmade products, we do not offer returns or refunds, so we recommend that you purchase responsibly. All sales of specially discounted items or items purchased with a coupon code cannot be returned.

If a product arrives opened or damaged, and if it’s due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping costs incurred in returning the products. Please contact us before returning any damaged product. We do not accept returns that we haven’t approved beforehand.

In order to prevent fraud, we will only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order. The refund will occur once we have received and reviewed the returned product. Depending on the bank, refunds usually have a processing time of between 3 and 5 working days after being issued.

Estudios Formales is not liable for damage caused by improper use or neglect, or aesthetic changes and damage due to normal wear and tear and ageing.
